Introduction
Hi!! My name is Alexandra. I am from Tallahassee, Florida and I love being a floridian. This is why I stayed in Tally to go to FSU. My major is elementary education. I have wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember. I am a freshman. And this year so far has been quite a journey. I joined Kappa Delta and I moved away from my family. I know that I am just across town, but I am very close to them and it is still an adjustment. Especially since I am living in a dorm with a roommate whom I dont exactly get along with. But, I have met alot of people and I am thankful for my new friends. I absolutely love boating. I water ski and fish. I am pretty much obsessed with shopping. I have also been playing tennis for 5 years. I have 2 little brothers. However, the 16 year old is not exactly little at 6'2". He takes after my dad who is 6'7". I am the shortest one in my family. I am very excited about starting this blog and I just wanted to introduce myself. :):)

ReplyDeleteI am glad you are enjoying your time here at FSU and that you know what it is you want to graduate with--that's pretty unusual for a freshman so way to go!
ReplyDeleteI know mo0ving away can be hard but you also have the oppurtunity to experience life away rom the protetive umbrella that is your family. Good luck with the roomate I know sometimes it is harsh livng with someone you don't really get along with.
ReplyDeleteI know how you feel about not really getting along with your roommate and that definitely makes it a lot harder to adjust from moving away from home. But I have learned to just accept her for herself and try to get along wiht her to make the experience smoother!
